These guys have the best customer service you will find in Missoula! Their service Dept. matches that as well. If you're not running a Yamaha you should be , just because of the guys at Maverick!!!!!

A buddy and myself rented a couple of Triumph Tiger 800's, last year from Maverick to ride around Idaho for a week. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. The bikes had zero problems, and they had cruise control and heated grips! If you are looking to rent some bikes, I would definitely recommend these guys.

I purchased my Triumph Speedmaster from Maverick. I worked with John, who did all the paperwork for us, all I had to do was sign the papers. They were awesome to deal with, did everything they could to make the purchase easier, helped me find the windshield and brackets I wanted, ordered them in and had them overnighted to me when they didn't get in on time.

We came to maverick motorsports to buy our 2 year old son his first motorcycle. From the moment we walked through the doors the customer service was beyond excellent. Their crew was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly we left there feeling comfortable with our decision in buying the motorcycle, and comfortable in our knowledge to keep our son safe in this new journey!! John was with us from the time we walked through the doors until we recieved our gear in the mail overseeing each step. Brando helped us in finding the most protective, and practical gear for our son. He went through everything with us with such patience, from the helmet, the chest piece and the neck pad finding the perfect fit. The service manager Kyle came over and told us more than we could have hoped to learn about the motorcycle and how to keep our little guy safe. Every aspect and step we went through in the process was a pleasure. We never felt pressured into purchasing anything or doing anything in a way that we didn't want. That made this experience even better than it already was. When we did run into a problem, maverick motorsports took full responsibility for the mishap and did more than just "make it right." It was corrected incredibly fast, and with outstanding communication and customer service. They went above and beyond to correct their mistake and insure our complete satisfaction. Our overall experience was an absolute joy, and we will definitely be back.

Your place is awesome! I can't say enough about all the guys who have helped me. I was really intimidated when I first started coming to the shop, but with each visit I have grown more confident, feel really welcomed and I learn something new each time. I have been really impressed and very appreciative that your staff has taken the time to teach me about cycling, gear and have been concerned about my safety:)...also, learning about some experiences is like free rider training....really appreciate the time they have taken to share their thoughts.

You did much to boost my confidence the first time I came in, explaining about different bikes, especially in sharing your wife's rider experience, that put me at ease. I would like to let you know, while Patrick and Scott have made the final sale of my new bike (thank you guys), it was Brando that really got me set on thinking I could make this a reality. He patiently pulled out several bikes for me, took the time to inquire with Guy and others about questions he was unsure about and really had an enthusiastic attitude in wanting to help me, besides helping me with other sales. OMG! I love my new helmet!!!

While in Missoula on vacation we rented a Yamaha V-Star which was an amazing ride. Brent was very accommodating with making sure we had the proper fitted helmets and worked with us on drop off times. He and the staff even gave us advice on places to see. We will definitely use Maverick Motorsports in the future to rent and when we are ready to purchase a motorcycle. This was truely the best part of our vacation!

Thanks for saving the day when my well-used Sprint decided Yellowstone was a perfect place to say "right now!" was the time for a new chain and tires. You were able to fit me in first thing the next day, and had me headed back out by mid-day. Great experience--and if Triumph still made the Sprint you probably would have had a trade-in and new bike sale!

From the moment that we arrived to look at the Triumph Explorer we receives fantastic service. The purchase was smooth easy and very straight forward. The parts dept. got us all the accessories we requested and the service dept. provided us with all the info. we needed. Upon return for service related issues, i.e. update. the service was quick and painless. Excellent Dealership!

From the sale of my wife's scooter to the servicing of my V-Star the people here including Scott, Brent, Charles and Wyatt have been great. The new and modern building is wonderful and I hope to be seeing these guys for years to come.

Scott and Brent were vary helpful. The previous owner was not as customer service oriented and old school in their approach to business. The team here valued my business and did everything to earn it. They welcome test drives and have done what makes me feel comfortable and treated me like my business meant something to them. They offered to deliver my bike to me up in Whitefish which was something the previous owner never offered.
